Trial & Money-Back Policy

This policy explains how you can try BinaryFall with minimal risk, and the terms that apply to any free trial we may offer. It complements our Refund Policy and Terms of Service.
72-hour money-back guarantee. Every new game server is backed by our 72-hour money-back guarantee. Deploy it, load your world, and invite your friends. If it is not for you, request a full refund within 72 hours. This gives you a full-spec server you can walk away from.
1. The money-back trial
Rather than a limited demo, we give you the full plan you paid for and let you change your mind. See the Refund Policy for exact eligibility (first purchase of a new game server, requested within 72 hours of activation).
2. Free trials (when offered)
From time to time we may offer a free trial on selected plans, such as the 48-hour free trial currently available on the Minecraft Sprout plan. Where a free trial is available, the following terms apply:
- Eligibility: one free trial per customer and per household/payment method. New customers only, unless stated otherwise.
- Duration & scope: the trial length, resources, and any feature limits are shown on the offer at the time. Free-trial servers may run on reduced resources or with certain features disabled.
- Payment method: we may require a valid payment method to start a trial to prevent abuse. You will not be charged during the trial.
- Conversion: if the trial auto-converts to a paid plan, we’ll tell you clearly before it does, and you can cancel any time before the trial ends to avoid a charge.
- Data: if you don’t convert, your trial server and its data may be deleted shortly after the trial ends. Keep your own backups.
3. Fair use & anti-abuse
Trials and the money-back guarantee are for genuine evaluation. Creating multiple accounts, using disposable emails, VPNs, or repeated sign-ups to obtain continuous free hosting is prohibited and may result in termination without refund. We reserve the right to refuse or revoke a trial at our reasonable discretion.
4. Changes
We may add, change, or withdraw trial offers at any time. The terms shown at the point you start a trial apply to that trial. Questions? support@binaryfall.com.
