Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your server. This policy explains our money-back guarantee and how refunds work. It should be read together with our Terms of Service.

1. What’s covered

• The first purchase of a new game server, when requested within 72 hours of activation.
• The refund covers the base plan price for that initial term.

2. What’s not covered

• Requests made after the 72-hour window.
• Renewals of an existing service (you can cancel before the renewal date to avoid being charged).
• Add-ons (e.g. Server Management), dedicated IP addresses, and any one-off or usage-based charges.
• Services terminated for breaching our Terms or Acceptable Use are not refundable.
• Repeated use of the guarantee to obtain free hosting, or other abuse, at our reasonable discretion.

3. How to request a refund

Open a ticket from your dashboard or email support@binaryfall.com with your account email and the service you’d like refunded. We aim to respond within one business day.

4. How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Stripe, in the currency you were charged. It typically takes 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.

5. Cancellations

You can cancel any service at any time from your dashboard. Cancelling stops future renewals; your service remains active until the end of the period you’ve already paid for. Outside the money-back guarantee, we do not provide pro-rata refunds for partial billing periods.

6. Chargebacks

Please contact support before opening a bank dispute so we can review the charge. Services may be suspended while a chargeback is investigated.

7. Your consumer rights

This policy is offered in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights under UK consumer law. Where you consent to your service being provisioned immediately, you acknowledge that provision of the digital service begins right away.
