Add-ons & Limits

This page explains exactly what our optional add-ons include and where their limits sit, plus the fair-use rules for server resources. It forms part of our Terms of Service. Add-ons are billed monthly alongside your server and can be cancelled at any time, effective from your next billing cycle.
Server Management (€15/month)
A managed-setup add-on for Minecraft servers. Our team handles the fiddly bits for you.
What’s included
- Installing and configuring plugins, mod packs, and custom server JARs you request.
- Applying version changes and loader switches (Vanilla / Paper / Forge / Fabric) from a request.
- Basic performance configuration (JVM flags, view distance, sensible defaults).
- Help importing an existing world or configuration.
What it does not include
- 24/7 proactive monitoring or automatic incident response (see Pro).
- Custom plugin or mod development, or debugging third-party code.
- In-game moderation of your community or content decisions.
Requests are actioned during support hours (see the Contact page), typically within one business day.
Server Management Pro (€30/month)
Everything in Server Management, plus a higher tier of hands-on care:
- 24/7 proactive monitoring of server health, with our team stepping in on crashes or resource spikes.
- Priority migrations: migration requests are handled ahead of standard requests.
- Monthly performance review: we review TPS, memory use, and plugin or mod load.
- Priority support: tickets enter the priority queue.
A server can use either Server Management or Server Management Pro, but not both. These add-ons are currently limited to Minecraft.
Server resources & fair use
The RAM, vCPU, and disk shown on a plan are enforced as container limits. Storage uses NVMe SSDs. The following fair-use terms explain how slots and bandwidth work:

| Player slots | There is no artificial slot cap. Actual capacity depends on the selected RAM and CPU limits. |
| Bandwidth | No cap on normal game traffic, which is never charged. Sustained non-gaming transfer or abuse may be rate-limited. |
| Disk | The NVMe allowance on your plan is a hard limit. Backups count against your backup slots, not your server disk. |
| Backups | Your backup plan (Weekly / Daily / Hourly) includes 5 backup slots. Keep your own copies of anything critical. |
| DDoS protection | Always-on network filtering is included on every plan. |
Resources may not be used for cryptocurrency mining, as a general VPS/proxy/VPN, or for any workload unrelated to running your game server. See the Acceptable Use section of our Terms.
Configurable options
- Region: Europe · Germany is available. North America, Asia, and Australia are marked as coming soon.
- Backup plan: Weekly is included; Daily and Hourly are paid options. Each provides up to 5 backup slots.
- Performance tier: Standard is available. Premium is marked as coming soon.
- Dedicated IP: dedicated IPv4 is marked as coming soon and cannot currently be purchased.
- Processor: each plan includes a stated vCore limit, with paid increases where shown.
- Splits and instances: 1 of each included on every plan, up to 8.
