This Privacy Policy explains how S Ward Host Ltd. (trading as BinaryFall), the data controller, collects and processes your personal data when you use our website and services. We handle personal data in accordance with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Questions or requests: privacy@binaryfall.com.
1. Data we collect
- Account data: your name, email address, and password hash (or a Google sign-in identifier if you use Google).
- Billing data: Stripe supplies payment status, charged amounts, and transaction identifiers. Stripe collects and stores card details.
- Service data: server configuration and the files or worlds you upload (“Your Content”).
- Technical data: IP address, browser information, and server logs.
- Support data: messages you send through tickets or email.

3. Cookies & local storage
We use only what’s necessary to run the site: an authentication session and small preferences (such as your chosen display currency) stored in your browser. We do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
4. Who we share data with (processors)
We share data only with service providers who process it on our behalf under contract:
- Stripe processes payments.
- Our hosting infrastructure runs the control panel and game servers in Germany.
- Our email provider delivers transactional messages.
- Google processes sign-in only if you choose Google sign-in.
We do not sell your personal data.
5. International transfers
Your servers are hosted within the EU (Germany). Some processors may be located outside the UK/EEA; where that is the case we rely on appropriate safeguards such as UK International Data Transfer Agreements or adequacy regulations.
6. How long we keep it
- Account data is retained while the account is active, then deleted or anonymised after closure unless law requires retention.
- Your Content may be deleted after service termination. Keep your own backups.
- Invoices and tax records are retained for up to 6 years where required.
- Logs are retained for security and troubleshooting for a limited period.
7. Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to processing of your personal data, and to data portability. You may withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, contact privacy@binaryfall.com. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
8. Security
We protect your data with encryption in transit (HTTPS), hashed passwords, access controls, and least-privilege handling of secrets. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to industry-standard practices and will notify you and the regulator of a qualifying breach as required by law.
9. Children
Our services are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Changes & contact
